1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Provided

JK Decorator offers interior design services, including custom curtains, blinds, upholstery, wall decor, woodwork, and tile installation. All services are subject to availability and may require a consultation to confirm scope and specifications.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes are provided after consultation and are valid for 30 days.
  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at booking.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% fee per week past the due date.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date incur no charge, and deposits are refunded.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date forfeit the deposit.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations after work has begun.
  • JK Decorator reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds issued for any deposits paid.

5. Liability and Warranties

JK Decorator is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products or services. We warrant our services to be free of defects for 6 months from completion. Any issues must be reported within this period for repair or replacement at our discretion.
